說明:
常常被人用 netcut 封鎖網路嗎？試試看 Mowd 自製的小程式，保證輕鬆破解 netcut 的網路封鎖唷！
因為網路上提到的防範之道(設定arp -s)都沒有效，所以自己就寫了一個程式來破解 netcut 的封鎖，分享給需要使用的人用吧~
