PowerPoint Viewer 2007 可以讓您檢視以 PowerPoint 97 及更新版本建立的完整功能簡報。除此之外，它還可開啟受密碼保護的 Microsoft PowerPoint 簡報。您可以使用 PowerPoint Viewer 2007 檢視及列印簡報，但是無法編輯簡報。
