Release Note for Vigor3900 Series

Due to the firmware size limitation, for devices using firmware version 1.0.5 or earlier, it is
suggested to upgrade to firmware version 1.0.7.1 first before upgrading to version 1.0.8.x
and later.

Improvement
Improved: IGMP Proxy supports to send out packet without PPPoE header in PPPoE
mode.
Improved: Support Bandluxe C330 USB 3G modem.
Improved: Change SSL VPN tunnel MTU according to WAN MTU.
Corrected: PPTP remote dial-in user cannot access Internet.
Corrected: PPPoE WAN IOP issue with some ISP
Corrected: Policy Route cannot work for return path.
Corrected: The IPSec option, Auto Dial Out if WAN1 Down, still works when it is
disabled.
Corrected: Memory is high when Data Flow Monitor is enabled.
Corrected: Access Control List cannot work correctly.
Improved: Improvements to ensure immunity to Ghost/CVE-2015-0235.
Known Issue
VPN Trunk tunnel doesn't work well when the profile name is more than 15 characters.
You need to disable "Force IPsec with L2TP" options for pure L2TP tunnel in VPN and
Remote Access >> PPP General Setup.
