Add new physical type for "Copper" or "Fiber" for Internet Access on WUI.

Improvement
1. Improved: 3G upload performance for some special cases.
2. Corrected: When a user makes a call transfer to local phone, the router will reboot automatically. It is abnormal. Now a busy tone will be returned while making a call transfer to local phone.
3. Corrected: Open WAN IP Alias in DHCP page.
4. Corrected: Redialing a phone to PSTN via "digit map" and "phone book" will cause loop tone and can't be stopped when PSTN is in use.
5. Corrected: Flashing LED if SIP phones are in use and PSTN is incoming.
6. Corrected: Problem of Model Name shown in WUI and TR069.
7. Corrected: Close TR069 port if the router is disabled.
8. Corrected: Inform with default WAN connection External IP Address for Tr069.
9. Corrected: Can't hear anything when a phone is dialed to an iptel account with SIP number.
10. Corrected: VPN pass through is not available for users in England (SEG.) at present.
11. Corrected: Got undefined error when set PPTP configuration on Quick Start Wizard.
12. Corrected: Got undefined error in Ping Diagnosis WUI.
13. Corrected: Got a warning message in Diagnostics >> Traffic Graph WUI
14. Corrected: Cannot reset session of date flow monitor while using "portmaptime –f" command.

在Data Flow Monitor 看到的值
不是自己設定的限速值
EX:限速8000 出來的值是6百多萬
