[a.] Increace the worst case performance, like during DSL, VPN, QoS.
[b.] Fixed some bank websites can not be accessed by vigorpro.
[c.] Decrease the anti-spam timeout issue.
[d.] Improve the sessions issue between both vigorpro devices.
