請問5500安裝smart monitor是否一定要更新韌體到最新版3.3.1
我安裝後127.0.0.1首頁出現訊息是

1.Cannot monitor for no Vigor Router detected.
Please check your network enviroment.
2.Please confirm that the firewall has been closed.
