在Windows下快速改IP: Easy IP Config

安裝及執行方法:
免安裝,解開EasyIPConfig後，執行裡面的Easy IP Config.exe就可以了。
授權:
這個程式以BSD授權釋出，簡單的說就是你要拿原始碼去幹麼都行。
