About the bugs of DrayTek Vigor 2920n

I am writing to report the bugs of firmware (v3.3.3.1 RC2) about the lastest model of your company - DrayTek Vigor 2920n. There are totally three bugs which I found in the product and they are listed in the below:
1. The number of items cannot create more than ten under [Bandwidth Management] -> [Quality of Service] -> [Service Type].
2. The traffic of wireless clients in the Inbound Throughput does not detech by the QoS engine for both WAN1 and WAN2 under [Bandwidth Management] -> [Quality of Service] -> [WAN1/WAN2 Setup] -> [Online Statistics]. However, Outbound Throughout of wireless clients could be detected and the wired clients could be detected for both Inbound and Outbound directions.
3. The PPTP or L2TP over IPSec remote user cannot ping/connect to other hosts within the same internal subnet as the remote user has already been assigned the IP address with internal subnet. I found that I even cannot ping/connect the internal IP address of the DrayTek router (i.e. 192.168.1.1).
Moreover, I would like to request the new feature of DrayTek Vigor 2920n router. Could this product support several SSL VPN tunnels?
