Support 100 nodes for Smart Monitor
Support NetBIOS over IPSec.
Add 90 ms and 120 ms code rate on VoIP Codec.
Add default WAN-IP address on address mapping.
Synchronize the configuration on HA.
Fix NAT loop backup problem when using 802.1q on LAN.
Improve VoIP Performance. VoIP won't be affected by network traffic.
Reduce CPU loading when 8 VoIP ports work at the same time.
